Peter Donald Drury was born on 24th September 1967. He began his broadcasting career in the late 1980s and early 1990s, quickly establishing himself as a talented and expressive commentator.

Broadcasting Career Highlights  

  • Drury joined ITV Sport in 1998 as their second-choice football commentator, a role he held until 2013.  
  •  He worked with Premier League Productions, providing international coverage of the Premier League until May 2022.  
  • From 2020 to 2022, he commentated for CBS Sports on UEFA Champions League and Europa League matches.  
  • He provided commentary for Amazon Prime Video’s Premier League coverage in the UK during the 2022-23 season.  
  •  Drury has also contributed to BT Sport, covering the UEFA Europa League and Europa Conference League through the 2022-23 season.
