Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Sports Commentators, we take immense pride in preserving sporting history. Because our prints are high-quality historical records, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your piece of history.

FOR UK ORDERS


1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the print or framed print must be in the same condition that you received it, securely packaged in its original packaging.

2. Issues, Damaged or Faulty Items

Your piece of history should arrive in pristine condition, however we will rectify issues involving transit damage or fulfillment error:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thesportscommentators.com

  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the wrong item received or the damage to the print/frame and the external packaging.

  • We will arrange for a priority replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our team at hello@thesportscommentators.com with your order details.Authorisation: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation and the correct return address.

  1. Shipping: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we’re unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return journey.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect selection" once an order has been processed.

Due to the bespoke nature of our commentary sheets and the complexities of international logistics, we are unable to restock or resell items once they have been shipped across borders.

2. Damages and Issues

We want your piece of history to arrive in pristine condition. While we do not accept standard returns, we willreplace or refund issues involving transit damage or fulfilment errors.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your frame or print arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Wrong Item: If you receive a match or commentator print different from the one you ordered.

To report an issue: You must contact us at hello@thesportscommentators.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

3. Cancellations

Once an order is passed to our third-party fulfillment center, it enters the production and shipping queue immediately. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to intercept it.
