Behind the sheet
Round 11. Tszyu stays on his stool. The towel goes in. Hatton is the king of Manchester.
Before the first bell, Ian Darke had already painstakingly prepared his sheets — fighter records, previous bouts, tactics, talking points, history. By the time the referee raised the winner's hand, those sheets were covered in round-by-round scoring, punch observations, and scribbled margin notes as the fight unfolded.
This is what you're buying. Not a poster of a fighter. Not a photo of a knockout. A print of the actual ringside working document, reproduced exactly as it was. Darke's preparation. Darke's observations. The notes, the analysis, the thinking behind every call you heard.
