About this collection

About Chelsea Commentary Notes

Discover our exclusive print collection of original Chelsea commentary notes from football's most iconic voices. Spanning decades of broadcasting excellence, these notes offer unprecedented insight into how history's greatest games were narrated in real-time.

Each entry presents the authentic, handwritten notes and match observations from renowned commentators who witnessed these defining moments from the commentary box. Of particular interest are the spontaneous notations made during crucial moments - the hurried scribbles marking unexpected goals and the underlined phrases that made it to broadcast.

Common questions

Am I buying the original sheet?
No — you're buying a high-quality print of it. The original stays with the commentator. What makes it worth having is whose sheet it was and what was happening when they wrote on it.
What sizes are available?
A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) and A2 (42 × 59.4 cm), framed and mounted or as a print on its own. Framed dimensions are larger once mounted.
What does 'signed edition' mean?
A limited number of prints are signed by hand and numbered — by the commentator, or by a figure connected to the match. The signature is original; the sheet is still a print.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, to 35 countries, priced in your local currency at checkout.
